      don't like to leave negativity, but after sending the item back at a cost of $22,25 because it came broken, seller told me that he had to talk to post office and wait for refund, had no problems with that, he received it on 4/9 and sign for it. I have not heard from seller and it's being over a month. At least, he could respond to my emails!!!

      The seller really came through in doing everything she could to help when usps lost the package for a week or so. Great communication and very friendly. The typewriter did take some heavy hits in transit for sure but it is fully functional and a joy to use :)
