Part of the box was peeled off and UPC had a black mark through it ... which leads me to believe this was a retail returned item. I'm including this information because I believe it would matter to some buyers. Good price. Tested items ... both seem to work with no problems.

Damage happened after the pictures were taken, possibly during shipping. Both top corners of the action figures card backer have large creases. I guess It's fine, this is a low value figure. However, I do look for these signs of damage to the card before deciding who to buy from, and will usually avoid them if price difference isn't great.
