    Really impressive!

    This is a particularly exceptional book for learning Japanese in a simple yet thorough manner. It doesn't waste your time trying to impress you with a lot of pointless terminology that most people (besides college professors, full-time writers and advanced students) understand. It spells everything out in a clear, concise and entertaining fashion. I've done a lot of searching for Japanese instruction books that set aside ego and get down to teaching, and this one is going into my special collection of the ones that get the job done. Truly one of the best I've seen on the subject since the Japanese From Zero books.
