They sent the wrong item, but, after I let them know about their error they responded back almost immediately and then sent the correct item, with a shipping label so I could send back the wrong item at no additional cost to me!     First package arrived without the cable assembly, contacted seller and they shipped one out shortly after. Had to pay duty on it twice, not really their fault but could have shipped second package as “promotional” product or no value product as I had already paid. EPROM and cable assembly worked great, plug and play, made my older DN 501 work with card reader. All in all pretty happy

    The key looks new. It did arrive when it was supposed to …..however I am fortunate I got the item at all as the item was not packaged properly. It was in a regular envelope and the key was completely exposed on both sides. See photos.
