    This buyer was given a refund in addition to me allowing her to keep the incorrect item for free. She was very aggressive in her communications from the beginning. Sometimes mistakes happen and I apologized multiple times and even followed up with her (although my mom just passed) within 24hrs. She wanted instant communication and started to email bomb me. What a nightmare!
