    False advertising. I purchased this purse for my four year old granddaughter and it arrived without a strap although in both descriptions it states it has a strap. All my little granddaughter could say was “where’s the chain (meaning strap)? I want the chain!!”. I contacted the seller and without any empathy whatsoever simply said that “return it and I’ll refund your money minus the shipping”. I told the seller I’d rather have the strap. No response. I further asked “do you have the strap?” “No”
