    Great communication. I had a question about a small delay in shipping of the product and they got back to me immediately. The part came as it looked in the picture and even sent me 2 pictures of the product being packaged and an hour later I had a confirmation from UPS that it was shipped. Great service and product.

    I ordered a power booster for my car on March 31 and was given a tracking number with an expected delivery of April 1. On April 1, the tracking updated, stating the delivery date was changed because the package was not received. I contacted the seller twice, on April 1 and April 2, with no response. Additionally, they created a shipping label, preventing me from canceling the order. Extremely poor communication and service—would not recommend ordering from here.

    The seller took a long time to ship. When I contacted them they said they had a hard time sourcing a good unit? So already I knew I wasn't getting what was pictured. The item I got was FILTHY AND BROKEN. So I processed a return. When I returned it using the label eBay made for me, the seller refused it saying there wasn't anyone by that name. So they tried to refuse the return. This is really shady, stay away. Of course the seller has gone radio silent.
