The only minor issue is the SATA data port on the optical drive is broken (the SATA cable just fell out when touched and took a piece of the port with it) but that was just a nice bonus, I didn't actually need it. Very satisfied and well worth the price!

Incredible valuem I'm going to be recommending these to everyone I know, lol. Got one for myself for a home NAS and one for a coworker to replace their old junker PC. PCs came shipped plastic wrapped, bubble wrapped, and with large bubble wrap to fill. Great packaging. Included power cables for both PCs.
