As the protégé of Chris Ferguson, gamers enter the pro circuit and test their skills in a variety of events to qualify for the Tournament of Champions. Beginning poker sharks can visit the "Hold 'Em and Fold 'Em" tutorial before trying their hand at the real deal. <br><br>Throughout the story, gamers are challenged by actual poker buffs including Joseph Hachem, Scott Fischman, Mark Seif, and Jennifer Tilly. As players progress, they unlock "poker tool" skills for checking odds and tracking behavior stats during gameplay. Online competition supports multi-table competitions for up to 21 players.
