Synopsis
From its founding by Colonial ironworker John Potts through its heyday as a manufacturing hub in the 20th century, Pottstown has been defined by entrepreneurs, inventors, and hard-working immigrants with dreams of a better life. It has been home to a variety of churches, community organizations, and businesses that have sustained and entertained residents and visitors for more than 260 years. It has also produced its fair share of musicians, doctors, nurses, and professional athletes, like Dick Ricketts, the first pick in the 1955 NBA draft. Pottstown is a culinary capital in its own right as the place where Amanda Smith started Mrs. Smith s pies, and where Dan Brunish sells his famous sausage sandwiches out of the deli started by his grandparents in 1937. Today, with the vision of people like Marta Kiesling and Deborah Stimson-Snow, cofounders of Steel River Playhouse, and Dr. Karen Stout, president of Montgomery County Community College, Pottstown is reinventing itself as a center for art, technology, higher education, and recreation on the Schuylkill River in southeastern Pennsylvania.", From its founding by Colonial ironworker John Potts through its heyday as a manufacturing hub in the 20th century, Pottstown has been defined by entrepreneurs, inventors, and hard-working immigrants with dreams of a better life. - r***t (99)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseOrdered Blu-rays and couldn’t be happier. All arrived in perfect condition—exactly as described, securely packaged, and shipped quickly. Discs and cases looked brand new, like they'd barely been touched. Great seller, great value, and zero issues from start to finish. Would definitely buy from again. Highly recommended!
- a***v (719)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseOutstanding customer service. Exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, package didn't arrive by expected date through no fault of the seller. It was presumably misplaced by the carrier during shipment. Seller proactively issued a full refund and said to "enjoy" the DVD if it is eventually delivered. Not expected, and certainly not necessary, given it wasn't their fault. A stellar vendor who goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!!Pink Floyd - Pulse (#135625367718)
- l***s (75)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe book cover didn't match the listing photo, which is a pet peeve of mine, and the book was just shipped in a bag with no additional protection, but the book was in the stated condition, not covered in inventory stickers (like some sellers do), and shipping was fast. Plus the book cover was actually better than the listing photo. Overall I'm happy, but I probably wouldn't purchase from this seller again just because I like to know what my book cover is going to look like.
