I also messaged the seller asking if it included a power supply, to which they did not respond. The device did not include a power supply, so I had to purchase one separately. With that being said, the item works and doesn’t seem to be damaged, so I am going to leave a positive review. Overall good seller but please work on packing quality and communication. Thank you!

The packing may not have been the best, but it arrived safe. I was just surprised that the card had many pictures of a family in vacation and birthday celebration. It did not bother me, but I just thought it was odd not to have formatted it before selling. All else is good. Thank you.
