They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. Not in new condition. Not properly packaged. Two boxes taped together were too small which either was why the item was damaged during shipping or item was put into the box damaged. Item had darker area and scratches from where a sticker was obviously scrapped off. Seller sent return label outside of eBay. Poor communication and just a horrible experience overall sorry to say.
