He offered a partial refund excluding shipping, which I did not accept. As I tried to resolve the issue respectfully, he escalated, threatened to label me as a problematic buyer in his groups, and continued with disrespectful behavior. He seems a little unstable in my interactions with him, deal with him at your own risk. He didn't want to do that "because he "didn't like how it fit on his head"; he demanded customer service like Amazon. He claimed it was defective, it wasn't. I've sold dozens of them with no complaints except for this guy.
