    For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4).     An important addition to your array controller.

    Since I used a large number of 10k drives to keep costs down, and the arrays in general don't have great write speed, using one of these helps maximize performance, providing a nice cache for reads and writes.
