    For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4). Notified the Seller and they immediately shipped out the missing two. Those arrived relatively quickly and I popped one into my server and it ran no problem.     Good IT mode SAS/SATA controller for mechanical HDD's

    Seller offered a commercial quality used SAS/SATA controller that was reflashed to make it a simple pass thru IT mode controller and that is exactly what I received.. I installed it in a HP DL380 g7 server running Windows 10 pro x 64 along with 4 x 4tb 2.5 inch mechanical Seagate drives.. The operating system did not require any special drivers or settings.. The LSI 9211 chip is fine for mechanical drives but I would not recommend it for high end solid state drives as it may not fulfil the higher throughput abilities of them.
