    For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4).     I highly doubt item was "pulled from a working environment." It doesn't recognize all my drives half the time and only supports raid levels 5 and 6. It's garbage.
