        Excellent info on a simple subject

        I borrowed this book from my local library a number of times, renewing it and taking it out again. The subject, although so simple, just intrigued me. I knew at times I was not consuming the amount of water that I should. This book will put you in the mindset of the importance of water. I found it very interesting to find all of the ailments (and many of them not so common) that could be cured by drinking more water. You can pick it up anytime and get good info. I decided to buy it because I liked it so much. The price and the quality could not be beat. Also, with this being a purchase to benefit charity, that's the best!

        Grabs one's attention

        The author makes a compelling argument for drinking much more water than I thought was necessary for adequate hydration. I've read one half of the book and have learned a great deal about the workings of my body. Hopefully there will be some studies in the remainder of the book to back up the author's claims that water is the cure for almost everything that goes wrong with our health as we age.

        Drink your water don’t let yourself get dehydrated.

        I thought I was drinking plenty of water already but I needed more. It help me with my current situation. Also on the topic of hot flashes for me I was missing certain minerals and vitamins that helped with that as well. I highly recommend this book every one should read it. I also ordered the other books written by him as well. Look for a good clean used book and save a little money.

        Water: You're Not Sick You're Thirsty

        This is a great book! Everyone should read it, especially Doctors. My mother started drinking more water just 3 weeks ago, and her Doctor just yesterday took her off of her blood thinner meds. He said she didn't need it any more. I attribute it to the water, and reading this book.
