I can't tell how it ws packaged, brcause I never got it, nor ir was as described for the same reason. This was not the seller's fault but that of the rotten USPS in Dwners Grove, but if I report non-receipt to eBay and the car show up monlhs later I would have to refund the seller. Best to do what I have done.
