When I sent a query was told there was no tracking details received, the courier was experiencing delays and then it would be here in less than a week. I was asked to cancel my query which would mean I was not able to open a new query if it still didn’t arrive. Was finally told they cancelled my order and I issued a refund so as to not reflect badly on their shop. I fear this was a scam as all the seller had to do was update eBay
