When researching the item online, I found that Seller used an image that was from over 5 years ago, from a totally different retailer. I did ask the seller about this and he denied any knowledge of the original picture or of that other seller. I gave the seller an opportunity to offer me a partial refund and he refused. Big waste of money and very frustrating.
