    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive.     Yale lock rocks

    I have used multiple versions of the August lock. It wasn’t until I found the Yale lock that used the August module that I thought I had found a quality lock with the benefit of it being smart (keypad, Bluetooth Wi-Fi, keyed, homelink compatible, etc. Though this lock is all branded Yale, the smart part is really rebranded August. I liked the first Yale that I purchased and it has outlasted all the August only locks I purchased in the past. I really like this lock and would recommend it. It is mechanically superior to the August equipment, but uses the August module to provide access via smartphone.

    Great lock option for rentals

    I purchased this for a rental that is located 45 minutes away. Being able to program the lock remotely is very beneficial for rentals. Since this lock operate on AA batteries, it's a good idea to set a calendar reminder to replace the batteries every 6 months to avoid lockouts.
