He didn't reach out to me first with his frustration. I think the pictures do a very good job of showing what he was buying. There are 13 pictures showing all angles of trucks. I don't know what more I could have done. There was a reason they were only $5.00. If you don't feel that something is right about what you purchased. Please reach out and we will talk about it and I will make it right. I always have.

Each train car was well wrapped and well package in the shipping box. I am very happy to say no damage in transit. Also the seller put in a packing list in the box, wish more sellers would do this.
