      Fast shipping but product isn't worth the price

      I haven't noticed a difference in my skin since I started using this. The pump doesn't work most of the time. I tried "priming" it by tapping it as recommended. It will work for one use then stop working again. For the price, you'd expect a pump to be able to work. It shipped and arrived fast, so I was happy with that.

      Not worth the cost

      The pump was defective and I returned it. The quality is good for tightening the neck but there's hardly anything in the jar. Packaging is very deceiving. Not worth the price. Strivectin neck cream at the same price is just as good and there's more in the jar WITHOUT a pump.
