The parcel was delivered by EVRI and the outer box was crushed and holed, clearly in transit. Fortunately, the club inner packing had prevented any damage to the club. I had to rebox the package, to return it, as clearly it would have been unsafe to return it otherwise. This is not the first time that I have had trouble with an EVRI delivery and wonder why eBay continue to use them.
