The seller was very responsive and even shipped a brand new part from the manufacturer to help resolve it but I still couldn't get past the error so the seller refunded my money and I shipped back the part. He even offered a swap out with another more expensive printer but I declined as I needed a printer right away and used the refunded money, plus more to get one local. This seller was great to work with!

The ink cartridges were already installed and had used. When powered on, it showed an error and wouldn’t print despite troubleshooting. The seller offered a refund but suggested I fix it myself. The listing was misleading. Why would a seller tell you not to leave a neg. feedback or contact ebay. Honest feedback helps others avoid the same issue. I wouldn’t recommend this seller.
