    I sent two very nice polite messages explaining that despite the fact that the product was labeled XL it was indeed much smaller, and requesting an exception to the refund policy. I also noted that there were holes in the garment that were not discussed in the description at the time that the item was sold. I never heard anything back at all not even a nice explaining to me that they could not obliged the return. Basic politeness goes along way and getting a favorable opinion in my book.
