    I love the lens on this magnifying glass, but the clamp was so strong I had a hard time opening it. I didn't have enough strength in my hands. When I did get it open it didn't fit the sewing table. I ended up sending it back. But I really did think the lens was amazing.

    Great lamp!!

    Wanted a lighted magnifier to clamp on my cross stitch frame. I have bought 2 other models before finding this one. The others had the batteries loaded in the "head" of the lamp which made the heads so heavy that they would not stay up. This little gem has the batteries in the base so no problem with the head staying up! Clamps on my frame with no problem. Wished the magnifier was a bit larger, but I love this light!!

    Nice!

    This is a nice magnifying lamp. The only issue I have with it is the clamp. It did not fit on my laptop desk (desk was too thick). But I can use it on my drawing board just fine! (Plywood thickness) when I feel like getting away from my desk.

    Not too big - not too small

    This particular magnifying glass clamp is perfect for my jewelry needs. The small portion in the glass that gives twice the magnification is bigger than most and very easy to see small spaces for tightening 4mm jump rings and smaller clasps. As an added bonus - if I don't have my glasses or can't read tiny print with my reading glasses, this magnifier works perfectly.

    Poor quality; cheaply made

    The clip that holds the base together came apart with both small pins coming out at the same time. The neck was also very stiff and difficult to operate. The lens was OK to use once I finally got it back together. The light feature was also very helpful.

    This item is small, the clamp is really small, it will slide off your t.v. Tray table. Clamps well to inside a drawer side ( to give idea of width). The white LED light is worse than reg light and if you are looking to thread a needle.. toy may want a higher magnify than this one. Much difficultly to work with this particular item
