Excellent Quality and Stays Sharp
Excellent quality product that did an amazing job cutting thru my spot welds. I cut thru approximately 100 plus spot welds and the cutter remained sharp. I did manage to break one cutter when it grabbed and snapped half the cutter into on a piece of metal. It states in the instructions not to run the cutter speed above 500 rpm and I ran mine a little slower after I snapped the one cutter and had no problems cutting thru the spot welds. Leaves a Clean Presice Cut
Clean non invasive way to separate panels without distorting them. Time consuming though, it takes me about 2-3 min per hole, but I am running the drill slow with min pressure and letting the tool do the work.
