    Mellow, trippy, spacial...

    Don't go into this thinking "Dark Side of the Moon" Modernized. Rather this is a really laid back, almost hipnotic trance style music, that has just the right David Gilmour touch. My only complaint would be that there isn't enough on the cd! It seems like it's over when you think it just started. (A cause of being hipnotized, I guess) Buy it, it's worth it!

    Not his best work !!!

    Not Mr Gilmour's best work. I was not expecting so much techno. Not the Gilmour style at all. I did not understand where the music was going and could not connect. Rattle That Lock far exceeded my expectations listen to it often. Still a HUGE Gilmour fan though....

    Just what I was looking for.

    The Orb with David Gilmour

    I imagine that this music reminds David Gilmour of his early days in the Pink Floyd. These are random spontaneous and emotional musical notes. I believe you can hear his passionate guitar and voice winding through the Orb randomness like he is enjoying himself. I was hoping for more Gilmourian guitar stylings but this Orb selection is very much worth purchasing and listening to more than once.
