Glass shade arrived completely smashed and the seller tells me to be cool about it. Packaging would never protect the shade in accidental damage and having purchased similar from Germany I can easily say that this was never going to survive the journey. No fragile or glass stickers on the thin box. Having paid customs I know I be out of pocket and judging by the response including a lack of apology from the seller I would not trust their intentions to provide a decent service. DISAPPOINTING

Die Lampe war ausreichend in Lupo Folie verpackt, diese hielt leider nicht der rohen Gewalt der Zusteller stand. Völlig uncooler Käufer, der trotz sofortiger Erstattung weiterhin verbal randalierte.
