  • A good book for learning the basics.

    This book and cd combo is one of the best for getting you started in various strumming patterns that are used in autoharp. Now most people think (and correctly so) that the autoharp is the easiest instrument to play. You simply press a chord bar and strum. That is correct, BUT it is only the beginning level of play. Sure you could enjoy the instrument that way for a lifetime, but when you are ready to, or want to, experiment with different strum patterns this book is for you. This book takes you from absolute novice and never held the instrument before, to being well on your way to being an expert player.
