One of the funniest from one of the funniest!
John was one of the funniest and most interesting guys to ever do standup. Losing him was tragic. This is one of the performances where he was at his absolute peak. I really wish there was a DVD as we'd get that in an instant. We have all John's CDs and DVDs but this one is our favorite. YOU GO NOW!

Good CD! Very funny!
If you know about John Pinette, you know he's a very funny man. If you've never heard his comedy, you really need to. His "you go NOW!" line in the Chinese Buffet skit is a classic. Some people may not like that all of his jokes are based on his weight, which is, well....weighty. If you watched the series finale of "Seinfeld", he was the very large man who got car-jacked. It's not the same type of joke over and over. He makes fun of all aspects of himself. I also own his "I Say, Nay, Nay" DVD and would recommend it over the CD. Part of John's humor comes from his facial expressions and body language, which you, of course, don't get from the CD. It's still very funny though. I enjoy Pinette's humor. I highly ... If you have ever seen John Pinette, you love him instantly. He talks about his own life, and his own trials as a man of larger carriage. He was on the final episode of Seinfeld (the man who got carjacked), and also starred in The Punisher with Thomas Jane. I bought this cd because I couldn't find it in any of the local stores. Go figure, the day after I 'buy it now', there it is sitting at the local best buy. This cd is very very funny, and connects with skinny people, as well as big people. It is an older cd however, so I would suggest that you grab his newest dvd 'I'm Starvin!' If you don't laugh at any part of this cd, I'd personally refund your money.
