Did not receive item, no way of tracking delivery in South Africa. seller only comments is that it left USA. no help offered. Do not know who took receipt of items in South Africa to follow up.

We are not able to track some packages after they leave the USA. It has been proven to us that buyers can reach out to their local postal service to get tracking. We recommended this option first. The buyer did not want to try this option. Buyer replied over the weekend when we could not take further action and then left the review provided. We are ready to help, but we need to be given reasonable time to provide further assistance with tracking.
