He said he took it to a dealer and decided to buy a new unit since he had to have it programmed. We couldn't really trouble shoot since he had already removed it, so all we could do was offer him to return it for a refund which he did not want to do. I am not really sure beyond that what we could do for him.

I'm extremely impressed how quick my order was processed. The quality of this head unit is as if it was brand new! The packaging was excellent with a lot of bubble wrap protecting it, very pleased with that. Also, the package that was delivered was as described if not better than what I was expecting - great value for the product and shipping overall.

They advertised a radio similar to the one I needed (same part number), and even though I contacted the seller and sent them the part number I needed, they sent me a different one that didn't work. In the end, I had to return the radio and lose the shipping money, since the seller told me they would send me the correct one, but then said I had to buy it. It was all a scam and a waste of time.
