It looks fine, but all I can assume is that the card was from a bad batch or run without cooling for too long in a previous life and something broke. The seller provided a refund nearly immediately though once proof was provided of the IO errors during the return process. Very nice to work with. Will likely shop again.

The cage and backplane were in new like condition. There was a slight issue with the cable to connect the backplane to the perc but I reached out to them with a picture of the issue and they were more than willing to correct the issue. They were quick to respond to my messages despite the time difference. They care about ensuring their customers are happy and I would highly recommend them.
