My Grandma ate nothing but condensed milk and boiled sweets; she never exercised and was as wide as she was tall (about 4 foot 11 inches lol!); she lived to be 98 years old and her mother before her was 96 when she died; my neighbour ate lots of vege's, exercised every day, was healthy and fit and dropped dead at 42 of a heart attack; you either have the lucky 'genes' or you don't!!
