It Works! I have an arm Omron BP monitor also, and the wrist Omron BP monitor, and the readings are comparable. Example: Arm 119/71/53 - waited 3 minutes - the wrist reading was 116/71/55. I bought it to monitor the BP after exercise and lifting weights to see how high my BP goes up. I take the (wrist) reading immediately after a session of either and wear it during a weights session. I would recommend it to anyone who is lifting weights to monitor any excessive strain on the heart. 👍
