great stuff that works
This glue is amazing! I used the Marine Goop on some felt soled wading sandals to reattach the felt after only one day of wading. That was 12 years ago and still today you cannot peel the felt off the soles. Also, repaired the vinyl in my swimming pool liner and it kept my liner patch in place for 3 years. The patch was directly in line with the outlet port for the pool pump. It never gives, yet stays somewhat plyable. LOVE this STUFF!This glue is amazing! Best glue in the world! Tip to keep sealed & easy on off cap!
I have used this glue since well before it changed its name from Goop Outdoors, hold shoes together, BRICKS, cloth & just about anything you need to fix, let dry full 24 hours! Waterproof & so cap DOESN'T stick or get ruined I have found if after use put a little Vaseline around threads, it will keep seal & make for easy on & off. I couldn't find a store anymore so bought 2 on EBAY because I'm down to half a bottle. Let dry, I glued a brick to garage floor so car stops at correct distance, once i had to move it 3 years later I had to use a pick axe to pry off!! Great adhesive; I've used it for years. While it takes a greater quantity to do the job than the cyanoacrilate (sic) adhesives, and takes some 24 hrs to fully set, this adhesive has a wider range of applications. It's also waterproof--a big plus in many situations. (A place on my driveway was spalling many years ago. A "dollop" of Marine Goop was applied, and the problem was permanently solved.)Great adhesive; I've used it for years. Great adhesive around water.
If you need an adhesive that will last in salt water, this goop is the one. On my ocean kayak, items and attachments will stick even when submerged in salt water numerous times. A few months ago I used it to attach loosen ceramic times around the kitchen sink . The tiles are still well attached. I also use it to bind fishing lines in my favorite terminal tackle set-up . This marine Goop will hold its adhesive strength under heavy stress in salt water. If you need an adhesive that will last in salt water, this goop is the one.
