    Sharpe Novels by Bernard Cornwell

    Be sure to read this first as several main characters are introduced and followed in later novels. If you are interested in an infantry man's view of the Napolean Wars, read this series. Skeet

    British Colonial View of India

    The author fails to mention his failure to conquer small princely state of Mysore, that he attempted a failed sucide. Again a nice distorted view of colonial history and waste of money.
