The item that I received was a cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap. I tried contacting the seller 3 times by email and have received NO response. I have no idea if this is a new ink cartridge or a previously used one. The item pictured in the listing and the text in the listing describes the cartridge as new and in the original packaging. I will not buy from this seller in the future.
