The part arrived as described. It took about a week to arrive from NY to MI, so a bit longer than were used to but no big deal. Part was packaged well and didn't seem damaged at all. The issue is that the actuator simply doesn't work. I ordered a more expensive OEM replacement because I had heard that the aftermarket replacements didn't last. Frustrating when the new part doesn't work. I put my old one back on and it still works fine. Seller offered full refund without issue.
