The letterbox looks beautiful and hopefully easy to fix as there are no instructions. I presume it will fit with no problem after removing the old one. It seemed expensive, but when you realise you have the inside and outside flaps. Both so shiny it was difficult to decide which was which. I presume the brushes are for the inside flap. Very pleased. I'm very pleased with these handles. They came with both length screws and a new spindle. The screws have white screw heads which is a nice touch. Good quality, and only took me about ten minutes to fit. Under £14.29 is a bargain! (I was quoted £80 to have someone out). Very fast delivery, too. A+!!

It’s not very good quality, the flaps are flimsy and they even bend when you open the flap but go back to original shape. It’s suppose to be fire rated for 60 min but how can a plastic frame be fire rated since it will melt long before the fire reaches the door and that means both flaps will fall off. I asked seller about this and all they say is that who ever they buy them from say it’s fire rated. If you want a good high quality one then don’t buy this one. Would return but I can’t be bothered
