    Medicine for the Soul

    Really great book at a great price. Dial things back with Native American “medicine” with the help of this book. Slow down the rush of the rat race and enjoy she spiritual mindfulness.

    The Medicine Way by Kenneth Meadows (1997)

    I am anxious to know any information about the native american ways the findings are that there is much dicipline involved in the lives of those who choose to follow tradition. My present involvement is with the tewa and the navajo, I am studying with a white shaman. All writings do not necessarily follow suit; however the pattern is always the same, dicipline.

    A wonderful book

    I truely enjoyed this book and maybe more so because I have quite a few of Kenneth Meadow other books. He gives a very informed look at self mastery and your place in the natural world in this book. This book also gives each of us insight into how to live a more fulfiling life.

    Wonderfull companion to Sun Bear's books

    I love the way it teaches the walking path with the Medicine Wheel. It would be a great companioon to Dancing with the Wheel and the work book of the same title.
