    Recommended to me, book was okay,abit too racey for me.

    This is a historical novel with some content about how the medical field was conducted in the late 19th. century. It is characteristically a historical romance. It was definately too racey for me, but was recommended by someone close to me for it's worthwhile content about historical perspective. It is a long book with several areas that would have made a good ending, if it had been a series. So that was a plus in that I didn't have to wait for the latest installment. I don't recall finding out what happened to one major character in the heroine's early life, outside of him trying to find her at one point. He was apparently put off the track very successfully and if memory serves there was never a resolution to that character. The book flowed in spite of this, but that point was a little ...
