It was delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong address despite the correct address by the vendor who was excellent. He contacted the sorting office to ascertain where it was! Excellent customer service and easy to deal with. My son went to the other hse and put a note through their door asking them to leave my parcel with the postman the following day. Royal Mail investigated . The vendor was helpful and supportive and in touch. Item is excellent.

I messaged seller as I was not intending to leave a bad review, however I was ignored. The items were that small they left space in a cigarette box, some were actually chips of stone. Of course you wouldn’t receive a lot for £25 but this worked out at about £10. I would Never recommend this seller as customer service is abysmal and you get ignored. Really cheeky to sell a box like this. I can’t amend the feedback given, but I’m happy to say the problem will be resolved shortly.
