    Simple easy book

    My husband started a diet that restricted salt. After years of reading labels for calories, carbs and the like, we were shocked when our focus turned to salt content. We were not big salt users anyway but trying to cook without salt was cooking without flavor. This book has some very tasty and easy recipes with items you probably already have in your cupboard. I also ordered a lot of salt free spices online from Penzeys, between that and this book we are enjoying healthier yet tasty meals.

    It has salt are you kidding.

    I am new to salt free..NOT easy..this book makes it alot easier. There are some things in this book you would not believe has salt. I still have a lot to learn, but this book is going to help a lot.
