  • A must for anyone that wants out of the Rat Race ASAP

Well written and easy to understand this book teaches the principles of cash flow as outlined in Rich Dad Poor Dad. A highly recommended read for anyone that wants to learn the cash management habits of the rich. Anyone can be rich using the techniques in this book. Although it is not a Get Rich Quick plan it is solid and with time will prove to manage your cash and facilitate gettign out of the rat race and being on your own.

  • An excellent book that teaches cash management

I love pretty much anything written by Robert Kiyosaki, I have been a Real Estate investor/mentor for over 10 years and the biggest challenge for me is to get the people I mentor to start thinking about money differently than they have been trained by society to do. This book covers cash flow and dealing with that to begin to effectively manage it and use it to create more cash flow. If you have read Rich Dad Poor Dad then I highly recommend this book.

  • Cashflow Quadrant is a winner.

I started to read Rich Dad Poor Dad by R.kiyosaki and S.L.Lechter a few months ago and could not stop. This book flows with technoque and information. This book can change lives. I have purchased most of the series of books they put out and I even got relatives involved in the books and the game Cashflow 101 & 102.I believe these books have the ability to get you thinking in a new direction,in a way that the wealthy think, in a flowing and natural way.My Friends there are no Cons. This is a must read if you want to get ahead in the information age.
