It's one that makes my 8 year old son want to read.
These are technically graphic novels, I guess. My 8 year old son loved it and has read it several times. He finds it very funny and loves the flip-o-rama pages. I personally don't like to read them, it's more for kids. There's no cursing in it which is a plus. It discourages bullying, which I feel is a plus as well. This book and the Captain Underpants series make my young son want to read and feeds his imagination without teaching vulgarity. Captain Underpants Entertaining Reading for the Open-Minded
I loved this book as much as my grandson! Its not always politically correct as some might want but it is adventurous. Open-minded people will have no problem with it.

Gluk and Ook alive and well.
Gluk and Ook pulled from market, reported as racist characters by the Woke People. I did not see anything racist about it. I find Disney is more offensive than these characters.

I bought this book for my six year old nephew who is learning's to read and he loves it. I plan on buying other books in the series for him. This is a great book for beginning readers.
