      Complete waste of time. Item purchased 7/27. I asked when item would ship and seller stated it would ship 7/29. It did not ship on 7/29 as seller said it would. Buyer failed to ship on 7/30 as well... said it "missed the pick up" and would ship Monday.. Order Cancelled. Zero Confidence in seller.

      Best Smart Cam

      Perfect smart cam for outdoor or indoor with great 7 days cloud (others charge for 5days). Works with SD card if you don't want cloud storage. Could be used alone or with Google assisant, Alexa, IFTTT and Smartthings. I would definitely recommend it 100%

      Waste of time

      No accessories usually means no cameras, mounts, etc. In this instance it means NO POWER CORD. If the power cord is not included why don’t you say exactly that. I was able to find a power cord for this but after doing a factory reset and power up, it would not sync with any of my cameras. A complete waste of time and money. I ended up buying a brand new unit from arlo.

      Base Station Interface Between WebCam and Internet

      The Arlo Pro camera system, anchored by the base station is dependable and easy to set up and use. It is expensive, but represents a good value, providing well designed video security system that meets much more expensive professional standards.

      Worked great, until a small malfunction.

      I've owned several Arlo stations and cameras. We purchased this for our business, and when we received it it worked perfectly. We've had it for 14 days. I went to move the location of our arlo base station and the ethernet cord port, *the yellow LAN* came out with the ethernet cord and it does not connect to the internet now.

      Big improvement over my previous base unit!

      I purchased this base station to upgrade from my Arlo VBM 3500 base station and I’m glad I did! This model has a USB port where I can save video clips. It was an easy setup and works fine.
