He will bench test it and make sure everything is working perfectly! so glad i went through him. He even helped repair my temperature control knob. He has a customer for life now. Nothing but positive here. Yes, it took 2 weeks but I would wait those 2 weeks again happily for the same result. I gave him two units and both were a total mess with blown out boards and broken buttons. I had low expectations but received back 1 absolutely mint, perfect working AC unit. I'm still trying to process how he pulled that off. Be patient and trust the process and you will get a mint AC unit back from this guy!
